Jenner Law announces with pride that Rob Jenner and Elisha Hawk have been selected for inclusion in the 2024 Maryland Super Lawyers®, and Katie Kerner has been recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star. Rob Jenner was also named to the Top 100 list of all lawyers practicing in the state. The success of these lawyers is a testament to the outstanding support of our entire law firm, who work tirelessly and collaboratively on behalf of plaintiffs in Maryland and nationwide.
Super Lawyers® is an objective ratings service that creates an annual list of “outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.” Its annual lists highlight the work of attorneys across the country, practicing in a wide array of legal areas. Only 5% of all eligible attorneys will be named to the annual Super Lawyers® list in their region. Rising Stars, which recognizes lawyers who have been in practice up to 10 years and/or who are under the age of 40, limits its inclusion to 2.5% of all eligible attorneys.
Jenner Law continues to be a leader in plaintiffs complex personal injury law, with a focus on clergy and therapist abuse, nursing home malpractice, and pharmaceutical and medical device product liability cases.
Jenner Law’s Partners
Rob Jenner has repeatedly been selected by federal and state courts to lead teams of attorneys against some of the nation’s most powerful drug and device companies. He has repeatedly been quoted in the national and local press for his work advocating on behalf of survivors of clergy abuse. This year, the Maryland Daily Record has recognized him in its 2023 Power List of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice attorneys. In addition, for the fifth year in a row, The National Law Journal and The Trial Lawyer Magazine have named Rob Jenner one of “America’s 55 Most Influential Trial Lawyers.” Rob is a past President of the Maryland Association for Justice.
Katie Kerner is one the nation’s most prominent attorneys representing survivors of psychotherapist malpractice. She has founded and been named Chair of the newly formed Sexual Abuse Section of the Maryland Association for Justice. The Section helps members investigate and prosecute claims on behalf of survivors of sexual abuse against perpetrators and the institutions that enabled them.
Elisha Hawk focuses her practice on advocating for people and families who have been injured by the abuse and neglect of others. Specifically, Elisha takes great pride in representing survivors of nursing home abuse and neglect, and childhood sexual abuse.
