Biography
Jessica comes from Ellicott City, Maryland, and is a graduate of Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude. At Brandeis, Jessica served as a Peer Educator/Supporter in Student Sexuality Information Service, a student-led nonprofit organization that provides accessible sex and sexuality-related education, peer support, and resources to students. Her previous work experience includes interning with the Waltham Alliance for Teaching, Community Organizing, and Housing, where she assisted Waltham residents in their processes to secure housing and advocated for local government initiatives that would decrease homelessness.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys crocheting and crafts, listening to true crime podcasts, and playing with her hamster, Moo. Jessica is also a former cycling instructor and still loves to “hit the spin bike” for some exercise and de-stress. She is a big Maryland enthusiast, but has friends and family all over the east coast whom she visits during her weekends. When a rainstorm hits Ellicott City, you can find Jessie outside admiring and dancing in the downpour, as she is most content when it’s raining.
